ORDER

The present Contempt Petition is filed for willful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 06.10.2021, passed in W.P.No.8827 of 2018.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the Writ Appeal filed by the respondent is pending before the Division Bench.
