ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 21.02.2023, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for grant of patta in her name with respect to the subject property.

2.Heard Mr.B.Sundarapandiyan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the report that has already been submitted by the 3 rd respondent to the 2 nd

3/5 respondent dated 12.06.2024, recommending for transferring the patta in the name of the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
