J U D G M E N T

When the matter came up for hearing on 08.04.2021, it is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant had already undergone the imprisonment period imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Court (Fast Track Mahila Court), Tiruvarur, and this Court also directed the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) to get instructions.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the appellant had already undergone the imprisonment period and released from the jail on 30.11.2020.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication and the appeal has become infructuous. Hence, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
