ORDER

The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) IPC and Section 3(1) (X) of the SC/ST Act seek a direction to the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of their surrender before him in connection with Cr.No.371 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

3.Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender before the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur, there shall be a direction to the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
