Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing through video conferencing, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that, award has already been passed on 29.10.2019 and the applicant is inclined to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum. In view of the aforesaid submission, no further orders are required to be passed in this application and hence, this application is dismissed. It is always open to the applicant to enforce the award in the manner known to law.
