Seeking disposal of the representation dated 07.10.2013 by which the petitioner sought for appropriate orders to demolish and reconstruct the building, which is said to be in a dilapidated condition, 25 years after allotment by the respondent nos.1 & 2, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.A perusal of the said representation would show that it has been made to the Hon'ble Minister, only by marking copies to the respondent nos.1 & 2, which may not be sufficient. 3.Therefore, the petitioner is given liberty to give a representation to the respondent nos.1 & 2 seeking appropriate permission. On receipt of the same, the respondent no.2 will have to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
