This criminal miscellaneous petition is filed by the petitioner to implead the proposed 2nd respondent as one of the respondent in the Crl.O.P.No.11565 of 2024.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the learned Public Prosecutor stated that the FIR in Crime No.17 of 2024 has been transferred to the District Crime Branch Dharmapuri on the account of jurisdiction limits, hence it is necessary to implead the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dharmapuri as 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.11565 of 2024, therefore he filed this petition.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) is present and raised no objection.

In view of the above submission, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dharmapuri is impleaded as 2nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.11565 of 2024.
