This revision arises against the order of learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore, passed in I.A.No.20 of 2014 in H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2013 on 09.10.2015.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

By the order under challenge, the Court below required the petitioner/husband to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- p.m. as interim maintenance to the respondent/wife till the disposal of H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2013 and a sum of Rs.4,000/- towards litigation expenses. This Court finds no reason to interfere with the order under challenge. Without going into the merits of the order under challenge, this Court would dismiss the revision and taking note of the position that the petitioner/husband has issued a notice seeking restitution of conjugal rights in the year 2004 and the H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2013 has been moved in the year 2013, this Court directs the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Cuddalore, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.88 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than three months from the date of receipt of this order.
