Mr. R. Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent, to issue a corrected individual patta in her name by considering her representation, dated 04.04.2017.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2017 to issue a corrected individual patta, the third respondent has not passed any order, so far.

5. Mr. R. Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the third respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.

6. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
