Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to call the petitioner for interview to the post of professor in the field of Biotechnology in the 1st respondent University as provided in the notification No.16/2010 dated 14.11.2010 and thereby provide the petitioner an opportunity to participate in the said interview for recruitment as prescribed in the said notification to the post of professor in the field of biotechnology in accordance to the norms prescribed by the University Grants Commission.
