(Crime No. 1638 of 2010) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition in para 5(d) of the order for appear before the respondent police station in connection with Crime No. 1634 of 2020 registered by the respondent police.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 5(d) of the order that to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30.a.m and 5.30. p.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner was released on bail on 01.09.2020 and due to his illness he could not go for any work and he is purely depending upon his aged mother for his lively hood. The learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks modification of the aforesaid condition.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the conditions no. 5(d) imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.13438 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30.A.M until further orders.

With the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
