Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the respondents 3, 4, 5 and 7 pertaining to the selection of 8th & 9th respondents under the Green House Scheme through 7th respondent society and quash the same and further direct the respondents to award Green House Scheme to the petitioners.
