This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action based on the complaint dated 09.09.2020 made by the petitioner.

2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the counter party, he was issued C.S.R.No.552 of 2020. The respondent police conducted the enquiry and the same was closed on 10.09.2020. Therefore, this petitioner is not at all required for any enquiry since no complaint is pending.
