The petitioner seeks a direction to the first respondent to pass orders on his pending representation dated 03.05.2016 requesting for appointment to the post of Field surveyor on transfer from the post of Field Assistant.

already considered and passed an order on the pending representation dated 03.05.2016 of the petitioner, by rejecting his request for appointment to the post of Field Surveyor.
