(Crime No. 1063 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the bail condition that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders imposed in Para No.6 (b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No. 11559 of 2020 dated 04.08.2020 in Crime No. 1063 of 2020. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders imposed in Para No.6 (b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No. 11559 of 2020 dated 04.08.2020 in Crime No. 1063 of 2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Cr.O.P.No.11559 of 2020 dated 24.08.2020 is relaxed and petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
