ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on them in Crl.OP.No.11738 of 2020 on 06.08.2020 that the petitioner/accused shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30. a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner was granted bail on 06.08.2020 since then he complied the order for a period 44 days. He would further submit that now he is taking treatment for his o illness therefore, he could not comply with the condition imposed on him. Hence, he seeks modification of the aforesaid condition.

3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.11738 of 2020 dated 06.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above modifications, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
