Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondent Police to give protection to the petitioner, their officials as there is threat to their life and the auction purchasers for removal of the movables sold in auction from the secured asset and for peaceful enjoyment of the same based on the Complaint given by the Petitioners dated 22.04.2024 and 26.04.2024. This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to give protection to the petitioner. 2.One of the brother Judge of this Court, when the matter was listed for hearing on 16.05.2024, directed the petitioner to implead the borrower as respondent. However, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the impleading of borrower is not required. If he so intends, he has to challenge the order passed on 16.05.2024 and he cannot ask this Court to hear this Original Petition without impleading the borrower. 2/4
