DPQ For Applicant(s):

A.Srinivasa Subbiah in both applications COMMON ORDER These application seeks time to complete the sale, following permission granted in O.P.No.235 of 2025 order dated 08.07.2025 which gave six months time, ending on 31.12.2025, to complete the sale. It is submitted that the parties entered into an addendum extending the time to complete the sale on or before 30.6.2026. These applications were filed in the month of April 2026 but came up for hearing on 30.6.2026. However, the parties expressed their interest in completing the sale deed; the petitioners sought an extension of time to complete the sale and to deposit the minor's sale proceeds into this court, as ordered earlier.

2. In these circumstances, even though almost one year has elapsed since the date of the order, as a final chance, two months' time is granted, ending on 31.8.2026. The other conditions imposed in the original order stand unaltered. 02.07.2026 Index: Yes/No DPQ
