PRAYER : Petition filed under Section Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment and unauthorized construction of temple and wall on the northern side in the 30 feet public road of the Sri Balaji Avenue layout, which is approved vide No.(Ma.Va.Na.OO.Thu.E. (Che.Ma) No.526/2018 & Na.Ka.No. 4830/2018/A1 dated 03.08.2018 at Salamangalam Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kanchipuram district made by the Respondents 5 to 7 along with other residents of Sri Balaji Avenue, by demolishing the same based on Petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2021.

When the matter is called today, after arguing the matter for a considerable time, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is unable to make out a case. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition.

Recording the submission made by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
