This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner except due process of law.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that investigation is pending on the file of the respondent. She further submits that no such harassment has been made by the second respondent and also undertakes that in future if the petitioner is required for enquiry, proper notice would be served in advance.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the defacto complainant. There is a matrimonial dispute between them, for which there has been exchange of notice, and thereafter divorce petition has been filed before the Family Court in Sr.No.2730 of 2019, pursuant to which the defacto complainant has filed this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint, and the second respondent without proper enquiry is harassing the petitioner calling upon on odd hours.

4. Considering the above submissions of the learned counsel of both sides, it is made clear that in future if the petitioner is required for enquiry, proper notice would be served in advance.

5. With the above observation, this criminal original petition is closed.
