O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to execute the sureties imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10088 of 2020 dated 13.07.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the due to Covid pandemic situation, the petitioner was unable to execute the sureties. Hence, he seeks for extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the submissions made by the petitioner, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.

4. Accordingly,this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
