This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents not to harass in any manner except by due process of law pursuant to the representation dated 20.02.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a dispute with a relative, namely Ganesan with regard to the administration of the trust which runs a temple and shops adjoining to it. Therefore there were frequent quarrels between them with regard to the earnings of the trust. The grievance of the petitioner is that when the petitioner lodges a complaint, the same is not acted upon. On the other hand, when the opposite party lodges a complaint, the case is registered against him. There is also a civil suit pending between them in O.S.No.111 of 2006 before the learned Munsif Court, Tiruchengode.

3. The learned Government Advocate would submit that only on receipt of complaint, the petitioner was called for enquiry. Further, she undertakes that hereafter notice would be served to the petitioner calling for enquiry after following due procedures.
