ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to issue direction to split up the case in S.C.No.234 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai with regard to the petitioner and complete the trial within stipulated time.
2. Heard Mr.T.Muruganantham, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It appears that some of the accused in this case are absconding and that the police are not executing the warrant. The respondent Police is directed to takes steps immediately to execute the warrant against the absconding accused and produce them before the Trial Court for the purpose of trial. The learned Trial Judge is directed to monitor the execution of the non bailable warrant against the absconding accused.
