O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners and family members.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that with regard to the complaint of the defacto complainant already the petitioners filed Crl.O.P.No.13361 of 2019, which was dismissed on 23.11.2019 for the reason that no complaint is pending against the petitioners. However, the respondent police is harassing the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate undertakes that if necessarily the presence of the petitioners is required in future, due notice will be issued to the petitioner for conducting enquiry.
