Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to Call for the records of 1st respondent pertaining to his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 48656/RA1/2019 dated 03.08.2020 requesting 2nd respondent to conduct election to Tamil Nadu Transport Department staff Association and submit details about the new office bearers before 30.09.2020 and the consequent resolution dated 6.9.2020 being passed in the State executive council of the Tamil Nadu Transport Department Staff Association appointing 3rd respondent as chief Election Officer, who in pursuance of which, issued Election Notification in Election proceedings No.1/2020 dated 12.09.2020 for State office bearers election 2020 and quash the same and further direct the 1st respondent to appoint a neutral person as Chief Election Officer to conduct election for State Office bearers for the Tamil Nadu Transport Department Staff Association.
