ORDER
This petition is filed praying for a direction to the respondent to investigate and to file a final report in Crime No.188 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent within a time frame.
2.A complaint has been lodged by this petitioner as against one Saravana Sundaram and three others for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 384 and 506(ii) of IPC. Though the complaint has been registered in Crime No.188 of 2014 as early as on 07.06.2014, till date the final report has not been filed. Hence, this petition.
3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to expedite the investigation, complete the same and file final report as early as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
