ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.03.2021 for the offence under Sections 302, 380 r/w.34 of IPC in S.C.No.123 of 2011 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chenglepattu, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner was implicated for the offence under Sections 302, 380 r/w.34 of IPC in S.C.No.123 of 2011 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Chenglepattu and since he did not appear before the Court for hearing, Non Bailable Warrant was issued against the petitioner and he was secured on 08.03.2021.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the non appearance of the petitioner before the lower Court is neither willful nor wanton, however, he was unable to appear before the lower Court. Hence, Non Bailable Warrant was issued against the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner committed murder for gain and further submitted that there are seven previous cases of similar nature as against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the fact that there are seven previous cases of similar nature as against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
