For Petitioner : Mr.V.Thirupathi (in all W.Ps) For Respondents : Mr.S.Diwakar, (in all W.Ps) Additional Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R The petitioners are said to be in possession of an extent of 3 cents, 3 cents, 3 cents, 4 cents, 8 cents, 4 cents, 3 cents, 3 cents, 4 cents, 3 cents and 4 cents respectively of Government lands in Perumalkovilur, Perumpalli Post, Pudurnadu via Tirupattur Taluk, Vellore District. Seeking issuance of patta based upon the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.34 Revenue LD1 (D) Department dated 23.01.2008 and based upon the alleged long possession, individual representations dated 20.07.2015 were made by the petitioners. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the pending representations will have to be considered by the respondent no.2.

3.Taking into consideration the submission made, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representations of the petitioners dated 20.07.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioners as well as to any 3rd parties, if so required.
