ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2021.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he filed a petition before the second respondent challenging the patta issued in favour of the third party in respect of the property comprised in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

survey Nos.687 situated at Paruvathanahali Village, Dharmapuri District. Even after receipt of the same, the second respondent did not consider the same. Hence, the petitioner filed this present Writ Petition with the above said prayer. 3.Heard Mr.A.K.T.Mohammed Kaliffathulla, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and Ms.A.Ajimath Begam, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

4.Considering the facts of the case, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2021, after issuance of notice to the third respondent and the counter party, if any, and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
