This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners except due process of law.

2. The petitioner submitted that based on the complaint lodged by one Natarajan, the respondent police are frequently called the petitioner and harassed the petitioner.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the said Natarajan, C.S.R.No.267/2015 was assigned and on completion of enquiry, the complaint has been closed. Therefore, the petitioner is not required for enquiry and the respondent has no intention to harass the petitioner.
