ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police to provide adequate police protection for the first day festival of S.Earipalayam Renugambal Mariamman Temple on 25-05-2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and seeks liberty to file a fresh representation before the respondent Police.

3. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation before the jurisdictional police on the fresh cause of action in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
