Ka. No.2/Tho.Ka/2010 dt 11.7.2011 with all consequential and attendant benefits including arrears of salary from the date of initial appointment with interest within a time frame to be fixed by this Honourable Court.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Vocational Instructor Textile and Designing from the date of her initial appointment on 1.9.2009, in the third respondent School based on the proposals forwarded by the third respondent School in proceedings dated 11.7.2011.

2.The writ petitioner was appointed as Vocational Instructor Textile and Designing from the date of her initial appointment on 1.9.2009. Though the Management of the third respondent school submitted proposals on 11.07.2011 and 03.09.2012, both the proposals are kept pending and yet to be decided. 3.Thus, without going into the merits and demerits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the proposals submitted by the third respondent-Management on 11.07.2011 and

03.09.2012 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the Appeal along with the order passed today in this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
