2. The prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is only for a direction to the respondent to consider representation dated 11.03.2023.

3. In light of the acquiescence expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent that the representation will be considered after hearing the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, no mandamus as sought for is required.

4. Hence, recording the aforesaid position, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
