Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the first respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.15 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent and to file the charges sheet before the appropriate court.

ORDER

This petition is filed praying for a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.15 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent and to file the charge sheet before the appropriate court.

2.A complaint has been lodged by this petitioner as against one R.Gopalakrishnan and A.Badhrudheen for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of IPC. Though the complaint has been registered in Crime No.15 of 2014 as early as on 13.05.2014, till date the final report has not been filed. Hence, this petition.

3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to expedite the investigation, complete the same and file final report as early as possible preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
