Respondents Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents Bank to forthwith sanction the educational loan under SBI GLOBAL ED-VANTAGE SCHEME to enable the Petitioner, to pursue his higher education in Master of Engineering in Management - University of Wollongong, Australia, by accepting the title documents pertaining to the lands belonging to the Petitioner's mother Mrs.Savitha, comprised in Survey Nos. 60/1B and 61/1A1, measuring Ac.01.34 cents, situated in Chennavaram Village, Vandavasi Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, as collateral, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court, issue a loan sanction letter to that effect on or before 09.06.2019.
