The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent police to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 28.09.2015.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint on 28.09.2015 as against one S.K.Palaniswamy on the allegation of land grabbing. But, till date no action was taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and closed stating that already civil suit is pending between the parties. He has also produced the copy of the closure report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Since the complaint given by the petitioner was already closed as civil suit is pending between the parties, nothing survives in this petition and hence, this petition is closed liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. The second respondent is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
