ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1978, seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.233 of 2022 pending on the file of the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kodaivasal Police Station, Tiruvarur District.

2. Heard Mr.L.Naveen Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Udayakumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.233 of 2022, a charge sheet has been filed and the same was initially taken on file in C.C.No.250 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Thiruvarur and presently, the case is pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate II, Kodaivasal.
