ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners, who arrayed as A2 and A4 in Crime No.417 of 2018, to quash the case in Crime No.417 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in this case, investigation completed, charge sheet filed before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.1989 of 2021 for the offences under Section 341, 294(b), 324, 427, 506(i) IPC and the petitioners are arrayed as A2 and A4.
