Respondents Prayer : Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the detention order dated 23.04.2024 passed by the second respondent in BCDFGISSSV No.37 of 2024 and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's husband Madhankumar @ Madhan S/o.Babu, age 22 years, who is presently under going detention in the Central Prison, Puzhal, before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.3488, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 03.06.2024, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
