O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the arbitration claim pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

2.No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's arbitration claim pending on the file of the 1st respondent dated 06.01.2025 on merits and in accordance with law on, by adhering to the Principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the arbitration claim pending before the 1st respondent under the National Highways Act.

3.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass arbitral award on the petitioner's arbitration claim dated 06.01.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, by adhering to the Principles of natural justice, within a period of twelve weeks form the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
