Mr.K.Suresh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

2.This writ petition is disposed at the time of admission by dispensing with the requirement for filing a counter and by directing the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner dated 12.10.2021 and 03.12.2021 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
