This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1978, challenging the order dated 02.05.2024 passed in CMP No.9849 of 2024 in C.C.No.456 of 2017 by the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Coimbatore. 1/4

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Coimbatore, has passed final judgment in C.C.No.456 of 2017 on 15.05.2024.

3. In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in the above criminal original petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is needless to mention here that the petitioner is at liberty to agitate her grievances, if any, before the Appellate Court.
