Prayer: Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 25 of Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease & Rent Control) Act, 1960, against the order dated 21.06.2010 passed in R.C.A.No.1417 of 2003, on the file of VII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, confirming the order of the learned Rent Controller (X Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai) dated 06.11.2003 passed in R.C.O.P.No.1813 of 2002 and to set aside the same.

ORDER

There is no representation on the side of the petitioner. 2.The learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent is the landlord and on 11.12.2016 itself, the petitioner who is the tenant has vacated the premises. The respondent has also filed an affidavit to that effect which is taken on record by this Court.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned Counsel for the respondent and the affidavit filed by the respondent, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
