By the impugned proceedings, the petitioner was asked to come for an enquiry on a revision filed by the private respondents. 2.Though the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is every possibility of the patta given in favour of the petitioner being cancelled, this Court does not find any likelihood of bias or reasonable suspicion of bias, warranting interference in the absence of any materials in support of the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the revision petition has not been given, cannot be a ground to quash the notice issued. However, it is made clear that on the petitioner's appearance, the respondent no.1 will have to furnish the copy of the revision petition filed by the private respondents along with the documents, which they rely upon, if any. Thereafter, the enquiry will have to be adjourned to some other date enabling the petitioner to give his objections. After hearing the same, as against the revision given by the private respondents, the respondent no.1 will have to pass a reasoned order. While doing so, the respondent no.1 will have to consider the issue of the difference in Survey Number as well. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
