The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1 day in filing the criminal revision against the order passed in M.C.No.174 of 2017 dated 28.12.2023 on the file of the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
