Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1)(B) Cr.P.C. to modify the condition with respect to "The petitioner shall report and sign before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders" imposed, vide order dated 12.05.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.600 of 2022 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Court No.II, Kancheepuram in Cr.No.344 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

This petition is filed for modification to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.600 of 2022 dated 12.05.2022 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Court No.II, Kancheepuram.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 600 of 2022 is totally relaxed. All other conditions remain unaltered. However, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for an interrogation.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
