Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to treat all play schools at par with the Anganwadis, grand permission accordingly by way of constituting necessary committee or committees to declare the common minimum requirements of safety, making detailed analysis of Anganwadis Centers and Private Play Schools and also declare concrete measures to end corruption by formulating 'single window system' based on petitioner's representations dated 01.03.2019 and 08.05.2019.
