This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking bail in S.C.No.01 of 2024 pending on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Nagapattiname in connection with Crime No.338 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 120B, 302, 394 r/w 397 of IPC.

2. When the matter was listed on 16.05.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and thereby, the matter was adjourned to 05.06.2024. On 05.06.2024 also there was no representation for the petitioner. Thereby, this Court had directed the matter to be listed today (07.06.2024).

3. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as default.
