The petitioner made a representation to the respondent no.1 on 27.03.2015 seeking to survey the land, followed by another representation on 28.07.2015 basing reliance on the Sale Deed, FMB Sketch and the order passed in S.A.No.339 of 2013. The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking disposal of the representation dated 28.07.2015 by the respondent no.1. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 28.07.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.1 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to any 3rd party, if so required.
