(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this petition has been filed without Crime Number. Now, the case has been registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 447, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.871 of 2020.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition by quoting correct Crime Number.
